The foremost target of our company is the production of a high quality and environmentally friendly finished product to fulfil
the demands and expectations of our customers both nationally and internationally.

GPM has developed an integrated management system, that fuses quality with environmental aspects.
The processing-appliance setting is based on a company-wide network and is therefore continuously being developed and optimised.
All employees have direct access to current processes, documented procedures and official forms.

Our management system is certified in accordance with ISO TS 16949.
A CAQ-System and ERP-System support the manufacturing process.

Steps to error prevention - Poka Yoke – are being taken during the quality planning process using modern methods,
e.g. the implementation of P-FMEA with the target of “0 errors“.
These modern methods are being welcomed more and more by our partners concerning supplier development.

In terms of quality and system evaluation by the automobile manufacturers our company has been listed for years as a grade “A“ supplier.
