Our production, modern and cost-effective

Production planning is initialised with the help of an ERP-System distributed throughout the company.
Production is carried out in self-sufficient manufacturing sections with a working area of approx. 30,000 m².
An annual investment volume of several million Euros in new manufacturing resources makes
the most modern state of the art equipment available at all times.

This means that processing, assembly and testing are mechanized or automated as far as is economically possible.
Our products are manufactured not only by following workshop methods – meaning with manual assembly
and testing - but also with unmanned and networked appliances. Classic machining, assembly and testing is operated
with new processes like 2-component silicon injection, laser welding, vacuum impregnation, residual contamination
and noise analysis as well as clean-room production. All have reached their series maturity in terms of processing.
We work with various CAD-Systems whilst designing for our customers and provide all required geometric data via a
DNC-System for the prototype shop. This allows us to implement a time saving and effective NC programming directly on location.
